GEt STarted!!!!

Start by weighing yourself on arising, and then for two weeks try to eat in your customary manner, but keep a careful record of everything that you eat, the time it is eaten, and the number of calories it contains..

Think of memorable events. Your happy sessions with your friends.. you need to do this for your OWN SAKE.. you will be the one to give a meaning for that BOLDED words. For me, it’s really for health and of course physical appearance..

Think of a few things. The process of warming up and cooling down. The problems of pain and strain, especially at the beginning-problems such as shin splints which you may remember from college or high school.

YOU HAVE TO CLEAR AND SET YOUR MIND!
